I go to bed, I'm tired

When I'm tired I fall asleep very quickly.

have a late night – you do not go to bed at the usual time, you watch TV, go to a party, etc., and you go to bed very late.

have a nap – have a short relaxing sleep
If I have a late night, I try to have a nap in the afternoon.

If I oversleep in the morning, I'm late for work.

I brush my teeth before breakfast.

Feed the cat before you go to school.

In the morning I leave home at 7.45 am.

get to work – come to work
I get to work at 8am and at 1pm I have a lunch break.

arrive – come
I arrive home around 6 pm.

Later I do the shopping.

In the evening I usually stay in.

In the evening I usually have a rest.

In the evening I usually go out.

At the weekend I must do the cleaning.

At the weekend I must do the washing.

At the weekend I must do the washing up.

At the weekend I must do the ironing.
